Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made in advance through our website. Full payment of £80 per student is required at the time of booking to secure a place. Places are limited to 7 students per session and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. ----------------------------------------------------------- 2. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 5 days or more before the exam date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3 – 4 days before the exam date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the exam or for non-attendance. ------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Rescheduling: If spaces are available, parents may request to move their booking to another session (subject to availability). Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled exam. -------------------------------------------------------------- 4. No-Show Policy: Students who do not attend the booked exam without prior notice will forfeit the full exam fee. In cases of illness, parents should contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to another session if availability allows. ------------------------------------------------------------ 5. Exam Conditions: Students must arrive 15 minutes before the exam start time. All necessary materials (pencils, erasers, rulers) must be brought by the student. Calculators are not permitted. Mobile phones or electronic devices are not allowed in the exam room. -------------------------------------------------------- 6. Results & Feedback: Marked papers and detailed feedback reports will be emailed to parents within 48 hours of the exam. Parents may choose to book optional follow-up revision sessions at discounted rates, based on their child’s performance. ----------------------------------------------------- 7.
